Seattle and Portland Events with Brian Preston, author of Me, Chi and Bruce Lee
Brian Preston, author of Me, Chi and Bruce Lee, will be appearing in Seattle and Portland this month supporting his new release. Brian is a Canadian journalist who has written for magazines like Details and Rolling Stone. In Me, Chi and Bruce Lee, he attempts to earn a black belt in less than one year, racking up many adventures along the way, including busting a rib in a seminar with Royce Gracie, visiting the Shaolin Temple in China, and experiencing fight-day fervor in Vegas alongside Jeff “The Snowman” Monson.
Brian has some great stories to tell, and his experiences will appeal to martial arts enthusiasts, fans of travelogues, and readers interested in an uncensored view of modern China. If you are in the area, be sure to check out the following events:
