Food for Thought: Great Martial Arts Resources

One of the great things about the world of martial arts is the sense of community you find in just about any school. Students come into direct contact with each other and work together each time they train, and with the help of a strong master, they learn to work harmoniously as individuals and teammates, both in training and every day life.

Most schools of thought agree that such support is an essential part of training for each individual, and thanks to the internet, you don’t have to stop cultivating such a sense of support and community in the class. Here are three of our current favorite online resources we think any martial artist would appreciate.

Striking Thoughts

A great resource for Martial Arts news from blogs to major news sites, complete with links and short blurbs about each hand-picked story.

With everything from a school and instructor finder, to video interviews and photo galleries, Martial Info offers a a full gamut of martial arts resources for students and instructors alike.

Martial Edge

A fun and informative UK Martial Arts site and social network, with regularly updated features posted by users and site managers, ranging from fun contests and videos, to diet and fitness tips, interviews and reviews.
